We loved the spacious and clean accommodations, and the staff were friendly. The convenience of nearby parking, especially since we had rented a car. We enjoyed the nearby convenience store for snacks and necessities.
The pillows could have been more comfortable, a bit disappointing.

Location is far from public transport!!! It took 10 minutes to walk to the closest bus stop. Why is there no continuous shuttle service to the city? Confusing bidet controls added to the frustration!!!

Apa hotel was a real letdown. The room cards wouldn't work, absolutley annoying. Getting to the city was a trek, just woudl ve been nice if they had a shuttle running all day. I almost left a good review for the onsen, but the no one even checked in on me at all.

Family fun and relaxation
The public bath was lovely,, especially the indoor and open-air options. They provided free robes and towels,, , made it super easy to enjoy without worrying about anything else!
It wasn't cheap,, but still acceptable for the amenities provided.

I stayed in a Twin Room, Non-Smoking for 1 night, and the room was clean and had comfy beds, a plus! It had basic amenities but nothing extravagant. The room decor felt a bit dated, though. The bidet was tricky to figure out at first! I didn't hear much noise from outside, so sleep quality was decent overall. Not the fanciest place out there, but okay for a short stay.

Great onsen experience and spacious parking
I loved the onsen facilities, especially the outdoor bath-it was relaxing and enjoyable, particularly in the winter! The hotel offered plenty of free parking space, perfect since we drove here. I found the bathroom cleanliness could be improved as there was a noticeable odor upon arrival.

Just a proper fit for shopping in Sapporo with excellent value for money. The breakfast area is bustling, but I enjoyed some delicious yakiniku at a nearby restaurant. A great tip would be to catch the airport bus that runs frequently, making travel super easy.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Sapporo and had a great experience. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the spacious rooms and basic amenities provided. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. They were attentive and made sure that all my needs were met. Lastly, the location was convenient as it was close to a public bus stop, restaurants, and supermarkets. This made it easy for me to explore the area and find everything I needed.
